Set top box is playing up

Over the last few days the set top box has not been functioning correctly. Every time I use the remote control it keeps turning the STbox on and off along with other problems of not changing to the correct channel aswell as displaying TV information at random when using the remote control. I also connect to the internet via the STbox and that is working ok.

I've reset the STbox a few times with no luck, i thought i'd ask here first before I contact NTL to see if anyone else has experienced problems with there STbox.

thanks in advance.

Sorry, but if something without batteries is working fine & something with batteries is not, I'd suspect the batteries first every time! And that's just using simple logic - & I'm "registered disabled"! waterdragon.

Good for you, but not everyone is as amazingly clever as you :P

Dont be so fast to put people down with their problems, because you may need help from here one day, and the only person to know the answer may be the guy you abused previously...

and thats from someone who deals with complete idiots on a day to day basis (and I mean complete!! idiots)

Oh BTW

Welcome to NTHELLWORLD :p
