Unfortunate wording on ntli.info

Just had to share the following which I read on ntli.info (by Keyser, I think). It made me laugh, a little bit.
"All Television product questions, suggestions and complaints should be directed to Mr Bennett when normal channels have failed"

Normal channels have failed? Well, happens about once a week for some people from what I've seen on here! And yes, I do know what he really means.
