Set Top Box wont reboot

I read in here about the new mini guide earlier today and decided to reboot my tv to see if i would get it. So i switched off at the plug and waited about 10 seconds then switched it back on.. now it is just stuck at the wait while we update you box\ sorry for interrupting you viewing scren and on the stb it says tune, i let it sit but nothing happened so i tried again didnt go past that screen, tried again same thing and then about an hour 30 ago i did it again and just left it. I'm going to see if it will do something overnight or will work again in the morning but are there any practical soloutions i can try you guys know about

Re: Set Top Box wont reboot

Leave it off for 5 minutes. Remove and wipe the card on a clean dry cloth and replace. Then power up.

If it don't reboot properly and has still hung tommorrow, you'll have to call faults. They may just have to resend a signal to your STB.
