Glitching Channel(s)

Last week had to re-boot my stb cos the epg had gone do-lally, when it restarted found had had the software update (EPG ect etc.). Eversince then my EPG and channel changing has been slow as s@!t, now to add to it SS3 is more like trying to watch tv on a sat' phone.

Rang CS thursday and the faults rep said that someone else had had the same prob, so he was going to send fresh update to the stb and that should sort it out. Now it was fine for about 24hrs but now it's back as was, all my other channels are fine besides SS3, has anybody else had the same prob? or does anybody know what is causing it.

If it was one of the useless channels that get bundled in the package i wouldn't be to bothered but alot of the superleage (sat matches) and aussie RL get shown on SS3 (I know not the most exciting of sports for some but does for me) and trying to watch on a stuttery picture ain't much fun.
