No Sound on SS3 and no way to report it ?

No sound on SS3 (Cricket-really annoying) and apparently no way to report this til 9.00am (sat)
can't even email becuase it takes you to a screen with the Phone Number !
whatever happened to 24/7 service like at the start?
DO NTL have anyone actually monitoring their broadcasts ?
the BBC etc put up an applogy about sound if this happens - at least it shows they know there's a problem and are dealing
