Question sky sports 3 error ? no sound
just curious if this happening anywhere else no sound on sky sports 3 ?? at the moment 11pm ? roughly [wife not happy wants to watch smackdown samsung is ok but no sound just picture cant lip read WWE , pace is flashing images or picture no sound neither]

any help or suggestions welcome tried usual reset No go
temp fault ?

Its not a broadcasting fault as I have sound here.

All I can suggest is a reboot and check your scarts.

think its a local fault effecting the bromley side of ntl ? oh well might get fixed tommorow [or later today now?]

well it ain't fixed yet here in Brighton (Bromley platform)

just picked up this thread having posted my own grump at 7.50am Sat

do they have anyone on monitoring/quality control

and why no message saying they know and are dealing BBC etc would do that ? ?

it's the cricket at the moment with no sound - really annoying !

Yes. This fault's been under investigation since 18:04 yesterday. Can't be an easy one to fix.

That would only be the case if the problem was at Sky's end. As others are able to view SS3 without problems the fault is at NTL's end. AFAIK NTL have no way to add an on-screen message to Sky's broadcasts.
