Question on PINs

Tried to order a previous edition of Lost earlier this week - but when putting our PIN in got bounced out.

The only PIN we've ever had AFAIK was the one which was tied to our email account.....are they the same, should they be, or are they different ones.....

Thanks in advance......

Pieman

Re: Question on PINs

You can always call CS and ask, they can even reset it if needed. I always thought the TV pin was different to the email account info.
