Excellent Ntl!!!
Hello,
What can i say phoned up NTL to replace a samsung box today at 10:30. Engineer here at 12:45 with a new box and all working by 13:00.
WELL DONE NTL
VERY IMPRESSED!

Probably not, but there's probably loads of people trying to keep their jobs and impress potential new bosses. Jury's out for me on whether the effect will last.

Not true....it seems he had a pm slot which is always last to be taken from customers so if he wanted a AM or after 5 slot he could have waited a couple of days, nothing about trying to impress just the system working as it should.

Hello,
There have been times where we have phoned up to get a replacement broadband modem and twice they didn't turn up because they were sick. So i just hope that this is an improvement that is going to carry on!

I doubt it, or if it is working as it should, it's a rare occurence.
