I tried to order a film last night for the first time on my new Samsung box. I entered 1234 (which was the old one on the Pace box) but it wasn't recognised. Can anyone help?

If not, another one I've seen used is the last 4 digits of the number on the smart card. Just be careful if you remove the smartcard, as if it becomes damaged you could lose your service.
