Probably have, but the point i'm making is that they will not know anyplans being made for these areas to be upgraded.
And being honest i have heard when attending various QA type sesions with directors recently that they are aware of various issues like this and are working on a solution. But like i have already said, in my opinion this will not happen yet due to the mergers that have happened and also other projects being prioritiesed, then again the latter i'm only guessing so who knows?
And to be honest i've had alot to drink also!
