TV off in Welwyn Garden City
about 5 mins ago my tv just went off - I've tried rebooting the stb but it says my boz must be unplugged which it's not anyone else having problems?

Same problem here in Leighton Buzzard....Also can't get through to Customer Services, so there must be a major problem.

tv went off in Luton, rebooted manually twice, couldn't even get through to 'we are having technical difficulties' message the first few times of trying to phone ntl, then 8pm loomed... we have most channels back now, thank goodness!
