hi 2 u all,ive just returned to ntl (dont ask me why lol) and people have been telling me when they ring and i dont answer that it says unable to leave message as the voicemail box is full!! as far as i know i have not had a message box set up,am i being blonde or is there a voicemail number i need to ring??? many thanks for your time xx

If it doesn't let you into the 1571 service or asks for a pin it might be a legacy from someone who previously had the number.
If this happens CS should be able to sort it out and remove it.
