Unhappy Interference off NTL 250 modem

I have my computer connected to the TV via an S-Video TV out lead and before i had NTL installed about a week ago i got a perfect picture but now there is a faint diagonal banding that spoils it a bit .I tried moving the modem to a different location but it's still the same and was wondering if there is a solution please.

No problem,it was actually the scart bit that i swapped over that did the trick, now the picture is better than before without a hint of interference
