I've read that if you have Digital TV, the analogue signal is still transmitted down the cable aswell. But if you are an Analogue customer, does the Digital signal get sent as well ?
If you are in an area where digital tv is also available then yes.
What is sent down the cable with normal tv is not selective to whatever you are watching, all channels are sent down the cable, analogue or digital, and the relevant hardware tunes and decodes the particular thing you want.
