Top Job NTL
I guess it's not very often that people praise NTL, but I've been having picture stuttering which got so bad that I called NTL faults this morning. Was on hold for only 8 minutes before I was answered, and then withing 5 minutes the guy had decided I needed an engineer visit. I was told this engineer would come between 12-6pm so was expecting him late! At 11:50 the NTH engineer rang to make sure I was in and that he could come, and was here before 12:10. Pretty much he tested the signal to find it was WAY to high (needed 2 attenuators to bring it down) reset the box, made sure it was on latest level, check a few channels out, and was on his way again. Top Bloke, top service, thanks NTL!
