Pace 4100 problem

hey all

i cant get my STB going at all..

ive unplugged and done all sorts or resets found on other topics.. such as hold down "ch down" and power up.. but as soon as i plug in the box it says "pace" and thats all it does... doesnt go any further...

this had happened before.. was when I took the scart lead out and put it into my dvd.. this error happened.. but it just randomly started working again.. after a lot of unplugging..

so the other day... took out scart again.. and a day or 2 later.. the same problem happened...

boot up.. sticks on "pace" and nothing.. doesnt even do "boot" or "tune"

any ideas?

guess ill just phone ntl in the morning

Suggests to me like it could be on its way to Silicon heaven. So will probably need an engineer visit if all other checks have failed to get the STB working again.

Re: Pace 4100 problem

in all the cables are securely, you've tried rebooting it and there's no area faults going on, you'll need a technician out.
