Just Switched

Right well I have just switched today from Sky TV which we had for years, before that we had NTL so it's a bit like "Lassie Come Home". Already had the BB and Phone with NTL so just hoping we have done the right thing. We have gone for the £50 pack so will be on 2mb now instead on 1mb and should save us all together about £25 a month, just wondered if anybody else moved from Sky to NTL and what they think so far?

They are putting it in tomorrow which is very quick as only called at 2pm, also do the new boxes let you add TV Links which I had with Sky?

Tv link is not offered sorry, you can do something similar if you hunt about on google.

You better hope they A) Turn up, B) Turn up on time, C) Leave you with a working TV service.

I switched from SKY to NTL catv before Christmas.

They:

a) Turned up on time.

b) Were courteous to the hilt.

c) Had the service up and running minutes after installation.

Even left me with an extra length of cable should we want to switch the room around in the future

So far we are pleased with everything.

Don't think i'll be going back to SKY any time soon....

Not bad, came and but me Box in, but then CS never put the right Channel Package on, so the TV Channel's never arrived till like 6pm. They also did not update me 1meg to 2meg but thats done now. Seems like most of the channels we watched with Sky are there, but the only thing I would say is the channels listings are a bit mixed up, even though I have moved mine to my own taste.
