Magic-Eye for NTL

Before moving over to NTL from Sky I had one Sky box in the living room and using a thing called Magic-Eye and Sky remote I was able to change the Sky channels from watching TV in my bedroom and therefore no need for another box, and running up and down the stairs, only thing was both TV's would be showing the same programme, not a problem when living on your own. However now I am with NTL how can I do the same without having NTL come over and install another box and charging me £15. quid a month, is there anything like a Magic-Eye or another gadget for NTL, ringing the Cus Service is a waste of time.
