Flashing Light

Hi chaps - need some help please!

I have a Pace decoder through NTL and the light by the channel number has started flashing constantly. The picture and service is fine but the light is annoying - any ideas?

Re: Flashing Light

Do you get Broadband through your STB?

If so, have you lost that service?

Re: Flashing Light

If it's the middle light then it means your return path is gone / dodgy.

I had it on my old Pace box before Christmas - even though TV worked fine, interactive just brought up errors (M044?) when I tried to use it. When I used to get my BB through the box (I have sep modem now), if that light was off or flashing it meant no internet.

Check your interactive (and bb if it comes through the box).

If you have problems, ring up faults.
