The old "know your software version" sticky has got a bit out of date, so I have updated it to include information about the new Langley and Bromley releases.
If people could please read this and quote their software version in any posts about problems they have, it will us help you
I should also point out that users can also find their software version by pressing page up, page down and then the blue button on their remote control, and finding the info in the window that appears. You can also find your STB model here, which you should quote when reporting problems.
