VOD "Unexpected Problem"

Hi, this past couple of days when trying to access On Demand here in the Kirklees franchise, I get the following response.

Unexpected Problem

Sorry we are unable to complete your request.

Selecting "Go To TV" will take you back to TV and may resolve the problem.
If it does persist, please contact Customer Services.

We are sorry for any inconvenience.

SEAC: connection error


Checking the forums briefly, I can't find a reference to this respose and a re-boot of the Pace box doesn't help.

Does anyone have any ideas or is contacting CS the only solution?

long time lurker first time poster... or some other cliché

anywho; seconded, but also some times the SEAC error switches over from connection error to 101.

Just a guess, but maybe the servers aren't on yet, or are overloaded.

I'm in the GU14 area

Had his problem in huddersfield a few weeks ago,Generally in the evening when customer services closed. CAlled customer services numerous times. Engineer came out twice. It ws a fault at the local "Head End" Server. They just checked my return power level (Page up, Page Down, Blue button) and said everything was ok. Just give them time and it sshould fix itself within a few weeks..
