Video problem

Not sure if this is the correct place for this....

I have just had new STB installed and now have issues with video recording anything when i put the TV in stand by(will tape if i watch it), never an issue before, it doesnt seem to matter waht channel the TV is on as the box just plays same on all channels, but i do have to play the video through the AV channel to watch it...any suggestions as i know NTL will take days to get back to me.

Re: Video problem

Scart control on the STB might be switched on (settings-visual settings on the remote)
