0800 052 2000 - enter your phone number, then option 3 for Faults, and 3 for Digital TV.

btw if i were you i would calm down a little before phoning, because you will get nowhere if you go in effing and blinding.

Re: Mising channels

I would hazard a guess you are in the northwest (Bromley) read on a couple of sites about this problem since last night.

Re: Mising channels

well, not phoned them yet...as you say, won't get knowhere with my crammed head on...i have reset the box, and hey presto the channels are back...but all my favourote settings have gone, and what a pain it is resetting them all

I am in the NW - Burnley, but this is getting silly now, with the set top box freezing, changing channels, resetting....and they still take your money at premium rates.....

Can't check online of there is an issue, with the web site being down...its seriously pushing me closer to canceling NTL and going to sky before xmas, but knowing my luck they will mess my billing up and end up charging me for services that i have cancelled...

Time for a bath and to calm down, and relax

A fed up customer, whom i think won't be on my own
