TiVo Skip forward not working on Tivo

For some reason in the last week or so the button to skip 30 seconds forward has stopped working. The button on the remote does actually work as the current location in the program comes up on screen, but the content does not jump forward at all. The skip back (back) button seems to work OK.

Anyone else seen this?

Nope, definitely on a recording.
Rebooted the TiVo and its working OK again now, but that is twice this week.
Never seen the issue before, now twice in one weeks, strange.

That has actually happened to me once before, so it's not a bug exclusive to you, but probably not a bug known the majority.

As you've found out, a reboot sorts it.

Did you get the sound effect that you get when you can't fast forward any faster but you keep pressing fast forward? That's the sound it was making when the 30 second jump stopped working, as though it was broke.
