Which channels will I lose if I go from XL to L?

I need to cut my VM bill, it's going through the roof! If I downgrade my TV package from XL to L, could someone possibly tell me exactly which channels I will lose please?

I know the channels are listed on VM's website, but I'm finding it difficult trying to work out which ones I'll lose.

Many thanks,

Carrie

You will lose all the channels with the black dot, which are XL only which means the channels that you will get in L will be coloured RED BLUE and PURPLE on the below PDF.
