Interesting Guardian article which seems to suggest what many of us thought after the ITV Digital Panorama programme. Ironic that ITV gave Sky exclusivity of its HD channels. I hope Murdoch doesn't get away with it.

TBH. I'd assumed they had. However, it's worth pointing out that the article does NOT say that NDS hacked Virgin Media. It says that they (through NDS) financed a site that hosted an article (written by someone else) that describes how to chip a Samsung 2100 box.
