Which is why I qualified my use of the word "you". Perhaps I should have used "they" instead. Doesn't really matter as you know what I meant

I understood, I only have ever questioned the vague nature of the statement.
I have never faxed ,e mailed phoned or written directly to BBC or Virgin about the lack of a RED button on TiVo . However that & the dreaded R word are the reasons why the TiVo is the "second box " in my house
