Wishlists & Series Link
Just venturing into the world of wishlists for the first time.
My wife has set up a wishlist for Cougar Town, which beign s this week, now will this automatically record the whole series or just the first episode of the new series? Then do we have to set up a seperate series link????

It will record any program which fits the criteria you've set, regardless of which series it's from or channel it's on.

If you only want it to record the new series then a series link will be better.
Wishlist will record everything that matches the given criteria. so maybe a show about cougars lol.

l find Wishlists excellent especially when l am looking to record certain actor as there are several who l have on my Wish lists.

I've found that when setting whishlists for show titles that aren't on the EPG yet, so that a series link can't be set, it's best to also add the main actor, otherwise you can get all sorts of things recorded!
