Extended recording not
I have set my V HD box to extend recordings by 10 minutes yet it seems to be hit and miss if this works.

I have just watched 'Orbit' that was on BBC2 last night and the programme was recorded from 21:00 to 22:00 not 21:00 to 22:10.

Why does the extended recording not work?

No. But out of interest would such a recording take precedence over the earlier extended recording?
