Thumbs down TiVo rebooting

Morning all!

Just wondered if anybody else was experiencing this problem when navigating My Shows or attempting to delete anything from My Shows? My bedroom box did it 4 times within the space of 15 minutes last night and my main box did it twice at different times.

It seems this a common problem judging by this thread:

Are people here experiencing this?

Re: TiVo rebooting

It happened to me for the first time ever last night, splitting the recording of a programme that is fortunately on catch up in two. Since it's never happened before I didn't think too much of it-perhaps a network problem, but if it had happened to me four times I'd be on the phone. Let us know what they say.

Just read through the thread you linked to. One of the posters was told last night that Virgin were aware of a problem that should have been resolved by midnight just past. If you're still getting this problem you should definitely report it.

Re: TiVo rebooting

Happened to me (both boxes) and there are a lot of peple who have reported it on the VM forums.

It's been acknowledged as a fault by VM. Haven't used Tivo today so don't know if it's fixed yet
