Trying to add tv service

Hi all

I already have virgin 50mb broadband and their telephone service, when trying to add 2 x 500mb tvio box's cs want a £99 install fee, so i tried to add them via on-line by upgrading my package section. Which say i only need to pay £49.?? install, i went ahead and ordered them, but got an email back from virgin saying that i already have the services which i don't. phone cs back up but they keep saying i have to pay £99 install. so where do i go from here. and how do i get them to do the £49 install which i am happy to pay.

Thanks for looking and any info you can give

You should only be paying £49 install for both those boxes. Are you speaking to offshore or UK? The system should only allow one charge anyway I believe?

You know what, I've just realised you already have Phone and broadband, so it's correct. Installation is £49 for one box, then any additional on top are an extra £49.

Any subsequent TiVo box purchases in the same order will be charged at £49.95
check the T&C's on this page: http://shop.virginmedia.com/existing...x-upgrade.html

ok thanks for your help but i still think their website under upgrading your package should say that under fees not just the install fee of £49
