TiVo power levels

Hi, I noticed in my modem log that today my connection dropped and reported lots of sync errors and T4's.

My modem DS levels are now around +1 with upstream being 37.5

I've noticed my TiVo's are 37 and 33 return power are these out of spec?

I only had the 2nd TiVo fitted last week and the engineer got all my levels well within spec as my upstream was around 44.

I haven't noticed any faults yet I just wanted some advice, thanks.

I have posted in the main community forum just thought I'd ask here to see if it was worth ringing in rather than wait for a reply on the community forum.

Re: TiVo power levels

A low upstream is a good thing as long as the upstream snr is good, I'd happily leave a TiVo with a 30 - 52 upstream
