Fault on Tivo Box - Hum Bar

Hi,

Have got two Tivo boxes in the house, noticed at about 2am this morning on one of them there is a Hum Bar on the picture, it rolls constantly, even on the menu.

About an hour ago I tried the other box, same fault, checked a few things and it seems it is coming in on the cable line as unplugging the cable feed from the back of the box clears the fault, but then of course you get no channels.

Phoned up Virgin who have booked a tech for tomorrow, but I just wondered if any one else out there has had this fault or knows what it might be. I have taken a picture of it and attached it to this message, it dosn't show it as vividly as in real life though.

A blown isolator or non existing isolator can cause this
