Channels go blank after 15 seconds...
Anyone else experiencing problems with HD channels tonight?
If I put one on (I've tried BBC One HD, 5HD and ITV1HD so far), I can only watch for 15 - 30 seconds before it goes blank. All other channels are fine. I have a TiVo and I am in Surrey.
I've checked the main Virgin sites and no faults are reported.

No problem here. I just checked BBC One HD and ITV1 HD and they were fine.

Well whatever it is the problem has returned and now it isn't just HD channels!
Just called 150 and an automated message says there is an issue in the GU15 - GU21 Postcode area which engineers are working on, which is fine, except I don't live in that postcode area!

OK, seems to be working again now.
Called 150 again and they confirmed no issues in my area so we did a box reset and so far it's working fine.

You are in that franchise area, so will hear any local outage messaging.

I had the same problem last night (I think from sometime in the afternoon), with all HD Channels, all ITV Channels but ITV1 on 103, all Sky Channels and a few random more. They were there, then 30 seconds later they had gone. I had a series link running on ITV3, and that said it recorded but when you play it despite the fact the length shows OK, it just says the programme has now ended when you try to view it. I finally pulled the plug and rebooted about 10pm last night, and it came back up fine. I am however nowhere near that area, and reside in DN40!
