Postcode is BS37. Fed from Aztec West historically, although I don't know if that's still the case.
Sorry if my previous response sounded harsh - but I've had a few problems with fault reporting people in the past couple of days where I've gone out of my way to eliminate the obvious - have spoon-fed them everything they need to prove a specific fault (on a product that I used to support network-side), and got given the runaround by staff who were clearly reading from a script with no actual understanding. Back to theory about having your account flagged with a "this customer knows what they're talking about" marker.
So it wasn't personal... and I do appreciate the response.
