Picture Break UP

Hi

I have 2 x V+ boxes and recently had Tivo installed.

When the fitter was her I asked about the picture break up I am having on channel 5 - only channel 5 - and he said the new tivo box would settle in.

I know this to be BS.

So before I go back to VM and give off - why would the problem only be on channel 5?

I have 2 different V+ boxes and now a Tivo all showing the same problem across 2 x different HD tvs.

Thanks

How bad is the breakup? I know there is a national fault with the Channel 5 group of channels generally. It's a feed issue from the broadcaster.

to the forum btw

Re: Picture Break UP

The national fault only affects the SD 'Five' channels, so you could watch 5HD instead

Re: Picture Break UP

Thanks for getting back to me.

So it is a national problem - thanks for that.

I must ask my dad if he has noticed the same issue.

Any idea when it will be fixed?

Thanks for the welcome.

I should have been registered before as I have had cable for years.

Re: Picture Break UP

There isn't an estimated date shown for when it will be fixed.
