Upgrading online.

Everytime i log onto My Virginmedia to make a change to my package it won't let me and gives an 0845 number to call.

Customer services said this was just a glitch and should work sometime shortly after the call to them.

This was several weeks ago but still i get the same message appear.

Re: Upgrading online.

You can also ring 150 free from your Virgin phone if you have it. That saves ringing the 0845 number.
