Hi

Is anybody else having trouble with the 2 channels listed in the title? My TiVo box is adamant that SSN is off air (despite being 24 hours ) and my upstairs box doesn't seem to like Sky Sports HD2, it keeps freezing until I either change channel or reset box. Very frustrating.
I have reset both boxes but can't be bothered ringing Virgin yet as the wait times are ridiculous.

No problems on my TiVo box and V HD box. Sorry i could not be more helpful.

Sounds like a signal issue, Chris. You'll either need to call in on 151 or post on the VM Community Forum. Make sure you post from your VM connection so they get your IP details.

It's ok, I'm just intrigued as to whether there is a known fault, or if it's just affecting me.

It's weird how it's just HD2 and not HD1 or Sky Sports 2 though.

Not too sure, I noticed SSN last night (downstairs) and I switched HD2 on (upstairs V+ HD Samsung box, if that helps) about 45 minutes ago, ready for football. Can't remember the last time I used HD channels on upstairs box, as I watch football downstairs normally.

Ah, yeah does sounds like signal problems. If it ends up being a more local area issue then you reporting it will help VM track it down.

As soon as you book a tech for this it will be flagged to our Outage Surveillance Team who will monitor for any further local issues. if it is found out to be a local issue, then you'll either get a text or a recorded message to your VM landline telling you. Otherwise your tech will call to your home to resolve your issue.

soccer am on ss2hd this mornining was quite poor, picture kept on frezing, and when i got up and put tv on ssn was frozen

SS HD2 is freezing here in Bristol trying to watch Football First. SS2 is ok.

No, that's just how slow Ameobi is. SS2 must be on fast forward.
