do i or dont i ?
my contract with vm is coming to end in feb, iam very intrested in upgrading my v+ box to a tivo, the problem i have is a new 12 month contract, as i work for agencys and work for my self, not much happening at the moment out there and its scarey, scared to commit incase work dries up again and cant afford to pay for vm services, just wanted to know if others are in same situation ?

If it was me ( I'm losing my job in April ) I'd hang fire until you are in a better financial situation.

Get freeview and a hard drive recorder. The picture quality is better than TiVo.

Could you not take a smaller package perhaps? Seems a shame if one works and can't get some enjoyment.

probaly could but means having a new 12 month contract and thats what i cannot do at this time so iam just hanging on !
