iadom Designed by engineers. Join Date: Jun 2003 Location: Shaw, Oldham, Lancashire. Services: VIP pack, 1 SA + 1Samsung V+ stb's. 2 Phone lines. 20 Meg BB. Posts: 4,425	Tivo install has affected my other STB Had a new Tivo box installed yesterday, find out today that the install has goosed the SA V+ box I have in another room. Errors 3008 & 2001, smartcard issues. Checking on status has the smartcard listed a 'Never paired' I have spent over an hour sat on the phone but unable to get anyone 'live' to answer. Tried several reboots to no avail, do I really have no option but to spend the next few hours dialling VM until I get it sorted? Jim. __________________ "You buy players, but you build a team" SFA.
