OK, only options in 'Sound' that I can change are 'Surround Sound'... Looked through the Set-Up Menu and nothing in there.

AV is only listed from the 'Input' Menu.

thats because those rca sockets are all inputs ... it doesn't look like your tv has any audio out other than the optical (unless there are some other sockets that you didn't mention)

Only others were the HDMI and Scart Connections... So really it's look like the Scart option with Earphone on the side.

Will give that a go!
