Exclamation Tivo has lost Network connection

My tivo is saying Tivo has lost network connection and will not access ondemand and recorded content .On the VM forum there are some posts with NG post codes anyone else having this problem tonight

You can still access your recordings but you have to press play instead as the usual OK takes you to a page of metadata, which obviously it can't retrieve.

I have rebooted the box twice and nothing same problem .Tried manual push still the same .Box has ip connected to network .

I had the same problem last week, but I had lost broadband as well. I rang CS and booked an engineer but next morning everything was working again so cancelled, since then its been fine.

I had the same problem on friday and by saturday everything was back to normal phoned virgin who said there was no problem so booked an engineer for monday but will have to cancel it's a mystery

It was probably a config issue on your CMTS. We get a few of them a day. We raise a ticket to INMC Data & IP and they reconfigure it.

This is only if you had a stable comms light and your BBI is ok though, as you know if it wasn't then it's something more local
