I wonder how much the agency responsible cleans up each time they have another logo re- branding.?
Still this ones not bad at all on the positive side.

Re: Coming soon to Virgin TV (2012) Vol. 1
I don't get the logo, it looks like Red or Black sponsored by Target.
Actually it looks like half a Virgin Money logo.
Very poor regardless.

It doesn't look quite as screen friendly as the current one.

So how is the black half going to look like on the typically badly adjusted TVs that people use

Ah, yes, the completion of the transaction was contingent on regulatory approvals in Ireland and Jersey, which was received on 3 October 2011, so I guess it has all gone through and VM are now completely out of the broadcast and programme production side of the business.
Even more reason to treat them as a paying customer with paying customers of their own and not as a competitor.

It said that he was permanently banned before, but he was allowed to post Unless he got round it somehow, I don't suppose it takes much for a young lad to learn how to circumvent a website ban these days
Yes, the sale to Scripps went through.

If that was the case well then it would be good for VM, but both would still be 39% by News Corp of that was the case!
Maybe they could sell the satellite broadcasting and telecoms assets to BT (they have a strong Telecoms base and a weak TV base, Sky has a Strong TV base and a weak Telecom base)
Do not worry, Virgin Media would help create stong competion in theb TV and Telecoms market!
|
Sky can't sell the satellites themselves, as they don't own them.

Re: Coming soon to Virgin TV (2012) Vol. 1
This could actually work out well!
Media Boy's thread could be the one you go to for general chat while HD Boy's thread could be the one you go to for news.
Result - Everybody happy!
