In an ideal world all would be fair and virgin customers would have access to all the same channels,hd and sd,that sky have and at the same price. Sadly this isn`t an ideal world and unfortunitly virgin customers miss out on many channels. I doubt very much that offcom have the balls to really take sky on over this matter.

Sky without the Murdoch influence COULD be a very different company, and regulators COULD in future be more robust in tackling abuses without looking over their shoulders.
The trouble with regulators - both OFCOM and the Competition Commission - is that they have to follow due process, and investigations take a very long time. One party with deep pockets, expensive lawyers, (and political influence?) can of course spin the whole thing out with appeals, judicial reviews etc etc, literally for years, during which they continue to rake in the profits and competitors either give up (or go bust).

Definitely an error. SKY also state you can get up to 31 HD channels on Virgin when in fact you can get 36.

To be fair what annoys me is sky get f1 hd version free on hd pack no sports required we do sports and hd but we get sd
