As mentioned before Diva TV and Sky Living Loves was not close down by Virgin Media.
-Diva TV was close to move it best shows to Style Network (Channel is not carry on Virgin at time of posting - Maybe it one of the unname channels that Virgin are testing right now for all we know).
-Sky Living Loves was close so that Sky can reuse it for Sky Sports F1 SD on Astra (Launching on Virgin Channel 516 from March 9th).

So would this be a money driven exercise ie It cost no more for the Astra part straight swap so to speak ?

On Astra broadcasters need to buy an EPG Channel number from an other Broadcaster if they want to launch an SD Channel.
Sky are only given out new channels to broadcasters who want to launch an HD channel.

But what great thing will it be - Red button is coming . Double your speed for only 50% more that you pay now. Or ITV + 96 is about to be launched & Virgin will get it soon.
