Thanks DF - rang them yesterday and eventually got through to a call centre in Wales (I assume).

Really helpful guy advised that it should have been delivered by last night - but if it wasn't, to ring them back. Now, it didn't arrive, but I'm away on a wee break for a few days (someone is at home though - just in case)!! If it hasn't arrived by Monday, I'll ring again.

Turns out the "really helpful guy" in Wales wasnt. He lied through his teeth!

Rang VM on Monday morning and got through to Liverpool - explained everything to the girl and she said that there was a note corresponding to the online order. Turns out it had failed - some sort of error. She apologised profusely and transferred to me someone in Glasgow to see about ordering it there and then!

Very helpful lady in Glasgow placed the order, and I asked her about an upgrade from 20Mb to 50Mb (as I had been thinking about doing this in the near future). She advised that it would be just over £2 extra per month for me.

So - yesterday, a tech called round and swapped the dead SD box for a new VHD, and installed the SuperHub to enable 50Mb. Whats more - with being on the VIP - we now have Sky Sports & Movies in HD.

I love it when a plan comes together.
