I have my V+ box connected to my PC via a USB capture device and SCART/phone adaptor.
However if I select s-video on the capture device I get no colour but colour is OK if I select composite video.
It doesn't matter if I select 'copy to vcr/dvd' or just play the recorded programme, still no colour via s-video.
SCART is plugged into the VCR (top) socket on the V+ box, all connections tight and I have tried another s-video lead.
It's quite a while since I tried recording on the PC but I'm sure I used to get colour with s-video.
Services: Virgin for TV, BT for phone and Be* for Broadband.

Re: No colour via s-video
The v+ does not support S Video. You'll need to use Composite (which is actually all the VCR scart supports).
