help information
hi can anyone help me.... I have a v+ box when i try to go on demand or interactive i get this...
"this service isn't available right now. please try again later. if this keep happening try rebooting your set top box. unplug it from the wall, wait 5 seconds then plug it back in. if this keep happening please call us free on 151 from a virgin media phone and we'll sort out the problem. for our other contact numbers see 'help and info' on the virgin TV home menu or check the back of your bill."
quote 1020 when you call
i have waited an hour and still doing this, i've unplug and rebooted the box and still the same.

The box is advising you to call into the support centre for a reason so call them.

You will need to call for that.
The good news is they are open until 10pm or later tonight. And on Sunday.

TV faults are open from 8am - midnight 7 days a week 365 days a year.

That is the only advice that anyone can give and the messages are put on the boxes for that reason.
What do you want people to do take them out for a drink and a meal and break it to them gently.
This is a help forum and the relevant advice was given.

A polite reply to a very polite post will do, it does your employers rather poor Customer Service reputation no favours you know.
