V+ recording
Strange one this, I keep getting a recording of CSI Miami dated 01/08 coming up on "My recordings" I keep deleting it but re-appears the next day it only last about 5 seconds and stops, this has been going on for about 4 weeks now, also some of my recordings finish about 2 thirds of way through.
I have rang customers services (in India of course) and all they can suggest is extending the recordings to 10 mins, this doesn't work and also it still doesn't extend it long enough, any thoughts please? Thanks

We are awaiting a firmware update to fix this issue and they should have told you this when you called up.
