For reasons I don't even understand my remote control decided it wouldn't let me change the volume on the TV today, although for the best part of 2yrs it's worked fine.
I have gone onto the help guides and it keeps telling me to press the * and TV buttons together but there is no * key on the remote.
My old remote has a * on it, but not the V+ one and I can't find anything on the help menu for it
Thanks for that, managed to work it out in the end. Our remote is the No8 one, but on the 'help' menu on the TV it looked like the No10, so ours doesn't have the * button.
Finally got the right code for our TV, but still have no idea why it suddenly lost it's memory, although I did take the batteries out to test them, so perhaps that was why
